We gather social investors and philanthropists to deploy their capital—both financial and non-financial—more strategically towards social and environmental initiatives, thereby strengthening their management and investment models. Our impact Over 225 impact-driven investors from private, public, and philanthropic sectors invest in our region. We lead 3 philanthropic funds and other initiatives focused on generating knowledge, connections, and collective actions aimed at maximizing capital deployment for impact in LAC. More than 9,000 people have participated in our training programs. We are present in over 10 Latin American and Caribbean countries promoting impact investment. More than 100 case studies on impact investment in Latin America and the Caribbean. Purpose of the Position Represent Latimpacto in Europe, the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin American countries beyond Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and the Southern Cone, positioning it as the leading platform in Latin America and the Caribbean for connecting and generating knowledge to mobilize strategic capital — human, intellectual, and financial. This role involves leading local implementation of the organization's mission, executing partnership and program strategies, and ensuring an effective and sustainable presence in each territory. Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, members, and strategic allies to attract financial resources and enable Latimpacto’s growth and sustainability in the region. Continuously monitor local needs, identify opportunities for leadership, and co-create high-impact initiatives with local partners to expand Latimpacto’s influence and relevance in diverse contexts. Key Responsibilities Mission & Strategy Implementation : Lead the local execution of Latimpacto’s mission strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across programs, knowledge sharing, and capital mobilization. Commercial & Partnership Strategy : Design and execute strategies to attract financial capital and strategic partners, aligned with Latimpacto’s vision and in coordination with general management. Operational & Financial Oversight : Ensure effective execution of local agreements, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, while identifying and managing operational risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Membership Engagement : Build strong relationships with current members, oversee renewals, and manage administrative processes using Salesforce to ensure timely and accurate follow-up. Local Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage government, corporations, families, foundations, funds, academia, and other ecosystem players to support Latimpacto’s positioning, partnerships, and sustainability. Investment & Opportunity Scouting : Identify and assess regional opportunities aligned with Latimpacto’s goals, facilitating capital mobilization and new projects. Institutional Representation : Represent Latimpacto in events, forums, and key platforms across the region, ensuring alignment with the organization’s voice and approval from leadership. Strategic Relationship Building : Develop long-term alliances with investors, donors, and strategic partners to expand Latimpacto’s reach and impact. Program & POA Reporting : Prepare regular reports on the implementation and outcomes of operational plans, transparently sharing progress and challenges. Learning Journey Management : Plan and coordinate learning journeys, including logistics, agendas, and delegation support, ensuring an impactful experience for participants. Sister Network Relations : Strengthen ties with Latimpacto’s peer networks to identify synergies and promote joint initiatives. Requirements and competences to work with us Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, Economics, or a related field. Additional education in relevant areas is valued. Experience Significant experience in executive leadership and operations management in the impact investing sector or related fields. Demonstrated success in managing alliances and representing institutions at the regional level, along with effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders. Deep understanding of market dynamics. Experience in designing and implementing regional expansion strategies. Established a network at the regional level. Knowledge and Skills Proficient in designing, implementing, and monitoring regional programs. In-depth knowledge of the regional ecosystem, encompassing legislation, projects, and key stakeholders. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Experienced in database and CRM management. Skilled in planning and executing events, conferences, and trade fairs aimed at attracting new investors and partners. Strong understanding of the social, cultural, and economic dynamics within the operating region. Well-versed in best practices related to regional impact investing.
