Descripción - Develop and implement paid search strategies for Google and Bing. - Manage large-scale campaigns across extensive product catalogs. - Optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding to maximize ROI. - Oversee product feed performance in Merchant Centers. - Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis. - Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and create performance reports. - Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams. - Stay updated on paid media trends and technologies. Perfil buscado (h/m) A successful Paid Media Specialist should have: - Advanced English proficiency (B2+-C1). - 3+ years of experience in paid search, with expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, and Proficiency in digital advertising in other platforms such as Meta Ads. - Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the retail industry. - Experience running eCommerce campaigns with large product catalogues. - Ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets effectively. - Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. - Creativity in ad optimization to improve performance and ROI.
