Job Description You will work with business to understand requirements. Apply the use of technology, such as Power BI, Data Science, and modeling tools to build working prototypes to confirm user expectations. Direct DA&I; engineers on implementation tasks. Strive to improve the stability and quality of solutions, increase customer adoption, loyalty, and reduce support. You will also be an important change management driver for the successful adoption of Customer Literacy and Data & Analytics Governance practices within your assigned domain. Reporting to IT Enterprise Digital Transformation Director. Your Responsibilities: 1. Partner with DA&I; Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with partners to identify 3-6-month priorities. Ensure that the plan aligns with long-term strategic goals for specific domains and DA&I; areas. 2. Define business cases to help prioritize/increase execution based on team capacity. 3. Coordinate project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. 4. Map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams. 5. Improve processes by studying current practices and designing modifications in partnership with partners. 6. Team up with the Data Governance team to update metadata and data literacy content. 7. Work with DA&I; Engineers to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Capability teams. The Essentials - You Will Have: 1. Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 1. Experience and demonstrated competencies with multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions. 2. Experience with basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards. 3. Knowledge in software design, documentation, development process, and software requirements. 4. Understanding of business functionality and ability to translate it into application requirements. 5. Understanding of the software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
