About the Role We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition based in Barcelona, Spain, to lead and further develop our Talent Acquisition function. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our TA process and best practices, work with senior business leaders and directly contribute to our company's further growth. Your Responsibilities - Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, driving a culture of performance excellence & continuous improvement. - Ensure all key positions are filled on time across multiple countries and departments. - Implement and monitor key TA KPIs to improve and successfully manage the overall screening, interviewing & hiring process. - Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talents throughout the recruitment process, lead Executive Recruitment. - Design TA processes, increase efficiency & quality of the recruitment and ensure an engaging and memorable candidate experience. - Understand business requirements and build strong relationships with business stakeholders. - Lead Headcount planning across the organisation. - Take care of TA costs monitoring. - Coordinate and nurture relationships with external TA providers. - Drive best practices and further develop TA tools and systems. - Drive Employer Branding initiatives, lead various TA related projects. - Lead by example and never stop improving.
