DHL Global Forwarding Morocco is seeking an AFR Customer & Operations Specialist responsible for managing Airfreight operations, from pickup to flight departure, including billing. Responsibilities include: Organizing pickup of goods with transporters, shippers, brokers, and airlines. Following up on shipments with origin and updating customers. Billing customers and stations after departure or upon arrival. Ensuring logistics operations are efficient and timely. Reducing charges and maintaining good margins. Minimizing operational lead times. Communicating with customers and stations via email. Providing solutions and support to customers. Escalating issues when necessary. Convincing customers to accept proposed solutions. Handling complaints and claims, offering problem-solving and tailored services. Issuing accurate invoices following KPIs. Applying organizational policies to maximize efficiency. Identifying revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. Verifying costs and avoiding profit leakage. Following processes to meet deadlines and KPIs. Managing issues like missing or short-shipped cargo and coordinating with airlines and origin stations. Providing high-quality, cost-effective customer service to enhance loyalty. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience. Preferably experience with Cargowise. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
