Job Description We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and working closely with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role. They will also possess strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding experience from onboarding to campaign execution. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and consistently delivering value. You will also oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects stay on track and exceed expectations. This includes coordinating with Influencer Marketing Managers to source and match creators to campaigns, managing campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and maintaining clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications - 2+ years in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role. - Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social. - Exceptional project management & organizational skills—able to handle multiple campaigns at once. - Excellent client communication & relationship-building skills—proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven.
