Job summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior ProcessConsultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITIL V4 andITIL V3. The ideal candidate will have a strong technicalbackground and experience in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid rolerequires excellent English language skills and offers a day shiftwith no travel requirements. Responsibilities Lead theimplementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM solutions toensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Oversee the development and maintenance of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITSM tosupport continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify and address technical challengesand opportunities for innovation. Ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security ofIT services. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance theskills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders. Monitor andanalyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement andimplement corrective actions. Facilitate communication andcollaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensureseamless service delivery. Conduct regular reviews and audits ofITSM processes to ensure adherence to established standards andguidelines. Drive the adoption of new technologies andmethodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ITservices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complexissues related to ServiceNow ITSM. Develop and maintaindocumentation for ITSM processes procedures and best practices. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align ITservices with business goals. Qualifications Must have extensiveexperience with ServiceNow ITSM. Must have in-depth knowledge ofITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes. Should have experience in theHi-Tech domain. Must possess excellent English language skills forreading writing and speaking. Should have strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities. Must be able to work effectively in ahybrid work model. Should have a proactive approach to identifyingand addressing technical challenges. Must have the ability tocollaborate with cross-functional teams. Should have experience indeveloping and delivering training programs. Must be able tomonitor and analyze performance metrics.
