Job Description We are seeking a proactive and skilled Production Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will perform quality review checks on project deliverables, estimate Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality, and specify/recommend integration and parallel testing criteria. Additionally, the candidate will support users in building Business Case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan. Requirements - 4 years of experience in application development/testing or business/system analysis role or 2 years as an Application SME Level I/Application Operations (production support). - High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience. - High intermediate/Advanced English skills.
