In Austria more than 2,000 individuals, representing over 60 different nationalities, work together to grow the brand and deliver great products and experiences by Giving Wiiings to People and Ideas. **PURPOSE OF THE JOB**: The National Distribution Manager represents Red Bull in the country, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures an optimum customer service, as well as the continuous development of the brand in the Off Premise channel, visibility and volume. **1. National Objectives**: - Shares with the National OP Manager the responsibility of achieving the objectives of volume and distribution for the OP channel. - Ensures the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan. - Maintains the correct stock levels in each distribution area. **2. Strategy and Planning**: - Definition of a long-term distribution model for the country. - Performs the annual investing and sales estimate for each distribution area. - Designs and implements actions within the Business Plan focused on the development of the distribution model. **3. Sales Management and Leadership**: - Is responsible of creating and developing a strong commercial relationship with the top distributors, based on a win-win focus. - Encourages the Regional Distributors Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand in each area. - Leads his/her team by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential. **4. Analysis** - Analyzes all variables that can affect the development of the brand in his/her area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations. **5. Administration**: - Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods - Gathers in a periodical the necessary information from the distributors (stocks, global sales, agreed consumptions ) and shares it internally with the people who may be affected. - Reports periodically about evolution of the Distribution’s objectives. **Qualifications**: University Degree (business, marketing or similar). Fluent in written and spoken English. 5-7 year experience in Off Premise Channel leading sales teams. Previous successful experience as Manager. Strong analytical, planning and financial skills. Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behavior in FMCG context.
