What we're looking for: QA Manual (Only for people located in Latin America) Responsibilities: Design, document, and execute test cases based on functional requirements. Detect, report, and track errors using bug management tools (such as Jira or similar). Validate fixes and regressions in the systems under test. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QAs to ensure quality deliveries. Participate in planning, refinement, and retrospective meetings. Propose improvements to the testing process and test coverage. Experience and Knowledge: Only for people located in Latin America. 3 to 4 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. Testing fundamentals: types of testing (functional, non-functional, automated, manual), testing lifecycle, and techniques such as black/white box testing. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum). Ability to create clear and well-structured test cases. Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, etc.). Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively. Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing tools (Postman).
