This Is Your Role.**: - Delivering Projects with clear focus on critical metric of achieving Cost, Quality and Schedule adherence - Define and supervise project scope, goals, schedule, budgets, risks and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all partners and Change management - Ensure that project timeline are managed and maintained in one tool, from which accurate reports can be generated. Use these reports to reflect and predict resource loading requirements based on skill need. - Effectively communicate and manage expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. - Report on the overall status of projects on a monthly basis. - Maintain customer relationships which allow for a partner concern which leads to fair and mutual solution creation. - Develop standard methodologies and tools for project execution and management. **We don't need superheroes, just super minds!** We are seeking for a Bachelor in Electrical / Electronics / Computers with consistent track record and experience of 3 years in Project Management with complex software systems preferably with good knowledge of SCADA, EMS, DMS etc Project Management certification atleast IPMA level, demonstrate leadership skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products to include advanced excel & project skills Demonstrated presentation skills, good communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Spanish).
