Your Role at Baxter Support end users of RapidResponse for service requests and incidents, coordinate issue resolution with IT and developers, support system upgrades, and monitor system performance. Key Responsibilities - Assist planners with E2E planning activities including demand, distribution, production, inventory, capacity, and material planning. - Coordinate and resolve issues related to RapidResponse data, defects, and training. - Support end users with service requests such as parameter changes and demand adjustments. - Maintain and monitor the RapidResponse planning system. - Collaborate with IT, developers, and process experts to resolve issues. - Support development, testing, and deployment of new functionalities and enhancements. - Assist in deploying RapidResponse to new sites and systems. - Promote system adoption through coaching and support. - Participate in global supply chain transformation projects. Qualifications - University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience with 2-5 years in planning. - Experience with ERP systems and demand planning, master production planning, and material requirement planning. - Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). - APICS certification is a plus.
