Key Responsibilities: - Serve customers as a Solution Architect - Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor - Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Knowledge - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions - Drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes. - Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce and/or Amazon platform expert - Lead 3 to 4 managed services engagements concurrently supported by consultants in India and Colombia - Own client and team onboarding activities - Partner with customers to define and manage Backlog - Define User Personas - Write and groom User Stories - Decompose User Stories into actionable Tasks - Track consumption of budget per contract - Be responsible for engagement status, risk tracking, issue tracking, and customer communication - Routine and complex configuration of the Salesforce platform - Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members - Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities Requirements: - Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience - Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture - 3-5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform - Willing and able learner of new technologies - Strong written and oral communication - Client facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and Delivering Solution Options to Customers - Experience writing user stories with estimation/sizing and release planning - Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications. - Any additional Salesforce Certifications or accreditations are a Plus, preferably AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, CPQ Specialist. - Attention towards detail – detail oriented - Strong team player - Great communication skills - Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change What's it like to work at NeuraFlash? - Remote & In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we're focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team. - Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road For certain roles, travel is an exciting part of the job, with an anticipated travel commitment of up to 25%.
