Responsibilities - Lead the technical setup of Box, including folder structures, workspace hubs, metadata configuration, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce. - Translate business workflows into scalable folder architectures and permission sets, following content governance best practices and aligning with CRM processes when applicable. - Conduct content migrations from legacy systems or cloud storage providers using Box Shuttle or similar tools, leveraging hands-on experience with native utilities, scripts, or third-party migration platforms. - Apply a strong understanding of access management, role-based access control (RBAC), and content governance principles when designing and configuring enterprise content solutions. - Create metadata templates and tagging frameworks to improve content classification, findability, and compliance. - Design and implement document workflow automation using Box Relay or other low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate or Zapier. - Leverage Box AI features or integrates with other intelligent document processing solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity. - Write basic scripts and develop integrations using Box APIs, SDKs , Python), REST APIs, or webhooks to extend platform functionality. - Utilize familiarity with cloud content services such as SharePoint Online, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox Business, Egnyte, M-Files, Nuxeo, or OpenText, especially in environments where ECM platforms have been implemented or supported. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and sustainable solutions. Competency - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. - A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving business growth. - Demonstrates a strong understanding of cloud content services, enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, and industry best practices. - Familiarity with intelligent content tools such as Box Relay, Box AI, or comparable automation and document intelligence platforms - Solid knowledge of information architecture, including document lifecycle management, taxonomy, and content classification strategies. - Demonstrates honesty, transparency, and ethical decision-making. - Confident and professional demeanor, capable of commanding respect in high-level discussions. - Strong self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics. - Exceptional ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining positive relationships. - Balances the needs of the company, customers, and partners to drive long-term success. - Proven ability to foster and maintain strong professional connections. - Flexible and responsive to changing business needs and priorities. - Ensures tasks are completed efficiently with attention to detail. - Works collaboratively across teams to achieve shared goals. - Thorough understanding of IT procedures, industry trends, and enterprise technology landscapes. - Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software. Work Environment The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. Required Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in computer or information science - related field or commensurate experience required. - At least 3+ years of related experience required. - Experience integrating content platforms with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft 365, or cloud providers like GCP and AWS.
