Job Description As a Debt Collections Specialist, you’ll be handling inbound and outbound calls with patients to collect payments, resolve billing issues, and ensure each interaction reflects our standard of integrity and quality. Job Overview Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST Work Setup: Onsite, Colombia Your Daily Tasks - Service each interaction with the quality and integrity standards of Receivable Solutions and our healthcare provider clients - Maintain acceptable levels of productivity - Understand and effectively utilize assigned client software systems - Make and receive consecutive calls in a call center environment - Document all activity, maintain/organize unit, and respond to all communication or verbal inquiries - Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to collect payments or resolve billing issues - Professionally address any questions or concerns in line with the standards of assigned healthcare clients.
