We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with a strong command of English to join our team. Here are the challenges and requirements for our next team member: Position Title: Business Analyst Location: Hybrid What you will be doing: This role leverages your expertise in business analysis within the logistics and warehousing industry to develop efficient solutions and strategic improvements across our warehousing platforms. We value individuals who bring industry insight and strong skills to our dynamic team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. Document customer business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Develop and execute test scenarios, oversee integration testing, and participate in solution design meetings to ensure all business needs are met. Act as a liaison or stand-in Product Owner within Scrum teams, ensuring alignment on sprint objectives and project timelines. Maintain a record of application bugs during testing, logging issues and solutions into JIRA. Travel to the US may be required to participate in design sessions and/or implementation events, depending on the modules or features being activated at a warehouse facility. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with direct involvement in warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution systems. Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of EDI, system integrations, or automation within warehousing is a plus. Experience in quality assurance, interpreting functional documents, and developing and executing test cases is highly beneficial. Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, SQL, JIRA, Selenium, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with Postman, XML, and JSON is advantageous. Abilities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently or in teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
