As we scale, we're looking for a Creator Manager to own the process of recruiting, onboarding, and managing content creators for our brand partnerships. About the Role: As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing content creators for UGC campaigns. You will work closely with our account strategists and clients to ensure that we place the right creators in campaigns quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. You’ll be the main point of contact for content creators, guiding them through the production process and ensuring content is delivered on time. Responsibilities: Creator Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, outreach, and onboard high-quality UGC creators for upcoming campaigns. Maintain and grow our internal creator network for faster placements. Post campaign opportunities in our community and manage incoming applications. Creator Selection & Placement: Review campaign requirements from clients and match the best creators to their needs. Prepare and present a curated creator pool to account strategists for approval. Handle revisions if a client requests adjustments. Ensure product shipments are sent to creators once approved. Share campaign briefs and guidelines with selected creators. Communicate deadlines and expectations to ensure smooth content production. Monitor creator progress and handle any issues that arise during production. Quality Control & Performance Tracking: Ensure all content meets client expectations before final submission. Track performance of creators to improve future selections and placements. Provide feedback to creators for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented – You can manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and creators without dropping the ball. Excellent communicator – You can clearly articulate expectations and feedback to both clients and creators. Strong problem solver – When issues arise, you take initiative to find solutions quickly. Experience with UGC & influencer marketing – You understand the content creator landscape and how to match talent with brand needs. Proactive and self-driven – You take full ownership of your work and always look for ways to improve the process. Familiar with WhatsApp and Slack communication – You can efficiently coordinate with multiple parties using these tools. 1-2+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent coordination, or related fields. Strong ability to source, vet, and manage UGC creators. Experience in fast-paced environments where deadlines matter. Comfortable with data tracking and reporting on creator performance.
