Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled International Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our international operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of transportation services for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and coordinate various transportation options, including air, ocean, and land, to deliver cost-effective and time-sensitive solutions that meet client requirements. In this role, you will work closely with overseas partners and clients to facilitate global operations, manage shipment documentation accurately, and maintain detailed trace notes throughout the process. You will also be responsible for resolving customer and vendor disputes professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and proactively monitoring shipments to identify and address risks. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate transportation services for assigned accounts, ensuring cost-effective and time-sensitive solutions. - Evaluate routing options and service levels to meet client requirements. - Ensure strict compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies. - Communicate clearly and promptly with overseas partners and clients to facilitate global operations. - Manage shipment documentation accurately and maintain detailed trace notes throughout the process. - Resolve customer and vendor disputes professionally, escalating issues when necessary. - Proactively monitor shipments to identify and address risks. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, and have 6-12 months of experience in ocean import logistics, freight coordination, or operational support. You should also be proficient in spoken and written English for effective international communication, and have strong commitment to growth within operational logistics and proactive ownership of daily tasks.
