Your Role You will manage implementation projects for Kuehne + Nagel Integrated Logistics, ensuring execution follows regional and global project management methodologies with risk control mechanisms. The role tracks and reports on progress across process, people, and technology aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with the implementation plan. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and provide support during the Business Development cycle. Your Responsibilities Accountable for implementation projects and resources following IL corporate standards Creates all the mandatory documents during all phases of the implementation lifecycle (for e.g. Initiation: Project Charter, Plan & Design: Operational Design and others as defined in the IL implementation Toolbox) Advocates, manages and coordinates activities related to an approved IL solution implementation, in conjunction with other KNIL functional areas, for all phases of the KN IL project lifecycle Manage a virtual project team of subject matter experts in IT, Process Engineering, Legal, Finance, procurement, and operations, across multiple countries Develops approaches to capture a particular customer’s business requirements, establishes workshop(s) to then execute capture – with real time consultation with other subject matter experts – of those requirements Managing the implementation budget and reporting against the proposal sold Managing the project governance and proactively managing the project risks Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor or Master's level, ideally in Logistics or Supply Chain management Solid experience with Project Management (preferably Logistics), either in a LSP, consulting or Shipper environment Solid experience in full life cycle project management, including working on one or more medium-to-large scale general, business, supply chain, logistics and system implementation project(s) Experience with cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment Fluent English Good Reasons to Join At Kuehne + Nagel, we are committed to combining excitement with a company culture that puts people first.
