Job Details Description The Operations Specialist - LATAM Central would be primarily responsible for Supply Chain functions for the local production facilities within Central America and Caribbean. The position would primarily manage vendor relationships, inventories, production, and raw material planning as well as serving as local point of contact for the New Products Development team. **Essential Job Functions**: - Production planning for local production facilities. - Manage importation of raw materials for production and POS. - Manage purchase orders for suppliers. - Manage customer claims for quality issues. - Manage inventory of finished goods, packaging, and raw materials locally stored. - Manage shipment progress for customer purchase orders. - Review customer forecasts against production plans and stock levels. - Optimize supply chain network and maintain competitive pricing for services. - Synchronize with sales on customer demand and forecasts. - Interface with New Product Development team to provide operations feedback impacting project timelines. - Other duties as assigned. **Position Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years of supply chain related experience. - Able to speak/read/write in English and Spanish. - Working knowledge of local customs and importation policy. - Literate in processing systems (SAP, MS Office, etc.). - Working knowledge of beverage production process. - Flexibility to travel.
