WHAT YOU WILL DO - Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across the marketing funnel, with a strong focus on promoting AgileEngine’s AI development services; - Conduct market research and trend analysis in the custom software development space to uncover high-potential niches and positioning angles; - Analyze current and potential Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to understand their behaviors, pain points, and buying journeys; - Explore and test new acquisition channels, marketing tools, and outreach strategies; - Collaborate with content, sales, and delivery teams to craft messaging that resonates with target personas; - Partner with Marketing Operations to execute campaigns and A/B testing initiatives; - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations; - Prepare regular performance reports and market trend summaries. MUST HAVES - 2–3+ years o f experience in growth or marketing performance roles — ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech services space; - Understanding of the AI market landscape, with the ability to promote AI development services and translate technical capabilities into marketing messages; - Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns and managing performance metrics; - Familiarity with CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g. Instantly, Reply.io, Apollo ); - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights; - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English . NICE TO HAVES - Experience in IT services, software development, or outsourcing models (e.g., staff augmentation, dedicated teams); - Familiarity with buyer personas such as CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Leaders.
