Coordinate with external technical services and manage spare parts. Support smart systems and basic automation setups. Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements. Collaborate with Operations & Marketing on customer experience. Assist franchisees with onboarding and support. Profile: 2+ years in customer support or franchise service. Strong English (level 89).
