Engineering Project Specialist Opportunity We are seeking an experienced MEP engineering professional to lead the development of 3D models for residential and commercial projects. - Create detailed 3D models of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using relevant software systems such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP components into the overall design. - Develop detailed engineering plans in compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle from concept development to final installation. - Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of MEP deliverables. - Conduct quality checks on MEP models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and modeling. - Proficiency in relevant software systems. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent English.
