Responsibilities - Review campaign briefs and internal sourcing plans to identify the right creators - Conduct creator discovery using platforms like Resonate and influencer databases - Execute creator outreach using pre-approved templates; manage follow-ups (3x benchmark) - Populate internal workbooks and platforms (e.g., Resonate) with qualified talent - Analyze gaps in creator tiering, vertical, and audience to optimize sourcing - Support supplemental sourcing efforts as needed throughout the campaign cycle Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, digital media, or a related field - Strong written English skills and familiarity with U.S. digital culture and brand standards - Deep understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) - Experience managing communication workflows or creator/influencer databases - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex criteria and brand guidelines - Excellent organizational and documentation skills - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities - Reliable internet connection and availability to work PST-aligned hours Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
