TheGoal Setting and Tactics team is responsible for developing toolsand processes that guide the commercial team toward achieving ourannual goals. In this role, you will collaborate with a team ofOrangers and influence key stakeholders to create a positive impacton our results. This data-driven position requires a unique blendof strategic business thinking, hands-on problem-solving, andstrong interpersonal skills. As a member of the Goal Setting andTactics team, you will play a crucial role in expanding andsustaining our business across the region while helping ourrestaurant partners maximize their growth potential on ourplatform. Role Responsibilities - Identify and resolvehigh-priority challenges in the day-to-day execution of businessstrategies. - Develop and implement strategies to drive growth forboth our business and restaurant partners in a highly competitiveenvironment. - Collaborate effectively with various operationsteams within our Field Strategy division. - Negotiate and establishstandardized processes and communication procedures to ensureseamless execution of strategies across teams. - Take a hands-onapproach to problem-solving and leadership to drive operationalexcellence. - Work closely with international stakeholders toadvance projects in a fast-paced environment. - Launch initiativesin our internal systems to boost restaurant sales on our platform.Role Qualifications - Project management skills - Strong analyticalskills and critical thinking - Solid business sense, familiar withFinance concepts - Effective communication (verbal and written),both in English and Spanish - Highly motivated, proactive,self-learner, independent, solid sense of ownership, hands-onapproach - Experienced in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python)+ willingness to learn others - Bachelor degree in Business,Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/ Mathematics or related fields -Professional background: 2+ years of experience in Finance,Consulting, Banking or related field - Technical knowledge:experience in financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics EEOStatement We create customer value – We strive to always createvaluable experiences for our users in everything we do.
