Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office) Contract Type: Permanent Reports to: Area FINOPS Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are looking for a bilingual Financial Operations Associate to join our high-performing regional FinOps team. This position is based in Bogotá and plays a critical role in managing invoicing and payments for multiple countries in Central America and the Caribbean, including Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua. The role directly supports inland and LCL logistics operations, with high attention to detail, strong data handling, and proactive communication across internal teams. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate job costing, invoicing, and vendor payments aligned with global KPIs. Work daily with Excel and SAP to manage, process, and validate financial data. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, GSC) to ensure financial accuracy and data flow. Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and raise issues when needed. Provide visibility on financial performance to FinOps Manager, Business Controllers, and CX teams. Be the go-to contact for invoice-related topics, material codes, and payment clarifications. Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards (processing high volume invoices monthly). Participate in continuous improvement by challenging processes and suggesting solutions. Requirements & Skills Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field with strong numerical aptitude. Experience: 2–3 years in financial or operational roles within multinational or logistics environments. Tools: Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced), SAP. Languages: English (intermediate, must be able to participate in business conversations). Strong numerical orientation and attention to detail. Proactive, analytical mindset with the confidence to question processes. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle large volumes of financial data accurately and efficiently.
