INOI is international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years’ experience in mobile phone business. We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries. **Responsibilities**: - Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the consumer electronics industry, serving as the primary point of contact for customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers - Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documents - Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, and share insights with customers and internal stakeholders **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the electronics industry - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Application Question(s): - What would be your salary expectations? **Language**: - English (preferred)
