Our Product & Application Service Specialist Responsible for providing technical solution in complex customer project working together with our sales and service team, direct & indirect, on specific Alfa Laval product or application. - Work with existing relations or in complex projects and in what is generated by sales team. - Lead the technical part of a customer project making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer. - Lead and Support in the complex quotation process in a customer project. - Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives. - Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers. ¿What are we looking for? - Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. - You have a different academic background? We value technical training in the above-mentioned fields, and detailed experience in similar roles. - Additional training in technical sales, project management, or technical training will be valued. - Specialized technical knowledge in heat exchange and separation technologies. - Experience in product/service sales. ¿What will you require to succeed in this role? - English and Spanish fluency both speaking and writting - Ability to provide technical leadership in customer projects. - Communication and presentation skills. - Ability to train and educate employees, channels, and customers. - Customer orientation and collaborative work with sales and service teams (direct and indirect). - Management of complex quotations, including visits and meetings with customers. - Previous knowledge in implementation, design, or maintenance of industrial process lines. - Experience in technical sales or post-sales/technical support. - Experience as a technical trainer or educator. - Participation in product launch campaigns or technical campaigns.
