Job Description - Sales & Catering Coordinator (HOT0BOSY) Job Description Job Number: Work Locations Work Locations : Hilton Bogota Corferias Avenida El Dorado, Calle 26 Corfer Corferias 1629 A Sales & Catering Coordinator is responsible for receiving groups and events in the hotel, serving as an intermediary between the customer and the commercial and operational areas. It is the customer contact at the time this arrives at the hotel with your event, working with the hotel to achieve the set goals. What will I be doing? As a Sales & Catering Coordinator, you will follow the events that occur in the hotel from initial contact with the event organizer to prepare contracts for groups and events, until the end of the event. Your responsibilities include: Receiving groups and events and updating hotel records accordingly Drafting contracts for groups and events Negotiating budgets with clients Developing event Work Orders in the system with all relevant information Conducting briefing sessions with all relevant information for the group (number of attendees, category, price, payment method, contact details, special notes, etc.) Performing monthly group reports and updating closing information Maintaining constant interaction with Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, Reservations, Front Desk, Departments, Hilton Meetings, and Kitchen Engaging directly with guests or clients during group and event stays Participating in special activities such as cocktail receptions, welcome tours, etc. Ensuring all client requests are addressed efficiently and promptly What are we looking for?
