As our Customer Success Manager , you'll be more than just a point of contact - you'll be a trusted advisor, a strategic partner, and a champion for our clients' success. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of key LATAM clients: Guide them from onboarding to becoming power users, and build strong, lasting relationships. Unleash the Power of Data: Dive deep into data, uncover actionable insights, and demonstrate the tangible value of our solutions. Lead engaging business reviews and technical deep dives: Shape strategies for client success and foster collaboration. Collaborate with Product, BI, and Solutions Engineering teams: Deliver exceptional experiences and drive continuous improvement. Identify expansion opportunities: Suggest optimizations proactively and pave the way for mutual success. Travel within LATAM: Build strong personal relationships with clients and foster partnerships. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (required); a Master's is a plus. Proven academic excellence and a commitment to learning. 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or customer-facing roles, ideally with a focus on data and analytics. Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools, SQL, and storytelling with data. Fluency in English. Understanding of SaaS environments. Deep understanding of the Retail industry. Knowledge of TOC (Theory of Constraints) is a plus. Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and passion for customer success.
