Your Mission As our Manager in Internal Communications, you’ll: - Support the execution of our global internal communications strategy, and lead delivery across LATAM with content tailored to regional needs. - Plan, write, edit, and review a wide range of internal content, including articles, leadership messages, campaign assets, and announcements in English and Spanish. - Translate global messages into authentic, engaging, and culturally relevant Spanish-language storytelling. - Act as a communications partner to LATAM People & Culture teams and local leaders, guiding how they inform, align, and engage their teams. - Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to bring to life initiatives around performance, wellbeing and recognition. - Turn complex business strategies and concepts into clear, engaging communication, leveraging words, imagery, video, and on-brand language. - Co-lead global communication campaigns focused on transformation, AI adoption, brand awareness, and culture building. - Manage our intranet platform from feature improvements to content strategy, while using creative and fun content to boost engagement. - Support planning and logistics for global announcements, colleague events, and internal culture campaigns, taking the lead on LATAM-based execution and management. - Support management and continuously improve internal communication platforms, including Global and regional All Hands, company chat platforms and other channels, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and impact. - Manage and organize strategic communications events such as regional LATAM All Hands. - Track and analyze internal content and channel performance, sharing insights to help improve communications reach, accessibility, and resonance. - Liaise with cross-functional teams locally and globally to ensure alignment, share best practices, and strengthen organizational cohesion. What You Bring Education: Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong writing and editorial foundations are essential. Experience: 6–8 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications. Experience in a tech, multinational, or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage. Technical Skills – Must-haves: - Strong English and Spanish writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate business content in a way that’s regionally and culturally impactful. - Experience producing internal content across digital platforms (e.g., intranet, chat tools, All Hands). - Editorial mindset with journalistic curiosity and creative storytelling instincts. - Experience in creating effective colleague campaigns, with an understanding of organizational culture and how to tailor communications accordingly for cultural sensitivity. - Strong attention to language tone, narrative consistency, and audience engagement. Nice-to-haves: - Ability to design or edit simple creative materials using tools like Canva, Adobe, or other visual apps. - Basic video production skills or experience contributing to visual campaign storytelling. - Experience organizing and supporting internal or external events.
