Job Overview This role is responsible for providing financial insights and support to leadership, focusing on the Latin America & Caribbean Services organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and be able to drive strategy execution, identify risks, and opportunities. The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in financial planning, operating performance, and management reporting for the business units. They will collaborate with the business, Controllership group, and Global Business Shared Service teams to ensure a smooth month-end close process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop financial models to analyze performance and business opportunities; - Provide thought leadership in developing strategic growth plans and business case modeling; - Collaborate with the business to implement continuous process improvements and maintain a strong control environment; - Embodies the Leading Beyond Finance initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze performance and business opportunities; Required Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate will possess advanced modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to translate raw data into meaningful information. They will also have excellent project management, follow-up, and organizational skills, as well as strong prioritization skills to balance multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline, MBA Preferred (preferably in Finance/General Management).
