**Job Requisition ID #** 22WD57592 **Role: Colombia’s Country Manager / North Latin America Sales Manager** **Department**:WWFO **Reports to**:LATAM Regional Director **Direct reports**:Sales Organization **Position Overview**The primary duty and responsibility of the **Country Sales **Manager **is to be the leader of the sales teams in Colombia, Ecuador, Central America and Caribbean and is expected to work closely with and maintain on-going communications with the Latin America Regional Director. In this leadership role, the **Country **Sales **Manager **has responsibility for inspiring and guiding the office team to deliver sales results. In addition to sales management, he/she oversees and is responsible for all processes and resources of the Sales department to optimize performance. He/She acts as a leader in the marketplace and is expected to regularly meet with clients, address staff issues/concerns and work closely with Autodesk extended ecosystem. As Autodesk leader, he/she needs to transmit the company vision and culture to the team while providing management with locally relevant insights and future needs. To be successful in this role, the Country Sales Manageris expected to define the strategies for business growth based on market needs. The individual in this role must have strong analytic skills and in-depth understanding of SAAS business in order to find the best business growth opportunities in a dynamic and evolving marketplace along with strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead the sales team. **Responsibilities**: - Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills: the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines - The ability to think strategically and spot opportunities for growth in the assigned region - Outstanding people and stakeholder leadership skills with the ability to communicate with, motivate, inspire, and develop teams - Build, maintain and manage relationships with dealers and distributors in order to manage an effective sales channel. Identify and develop new distribution channels - Commercially minded, with demonstrable experience negotiating with vendors and partners - Experience working cross-functionally with other teams or departments to achieve goals - Maintains Company corporate image **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree : Economics, Administration, Business or similar or equivalent work experience - 12+ years of field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization - 12+ years of experience building and leading teams - Strong academic background: BA/BS degree or equivalent - Consistently exceeds targets - Bilingual or Native Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required **Preferred Qualifications**: - It is desirable the applicants have a previous experience as a Sales manager or Regional Sales Manager for at least 10-15 years.
