Main Responsibilities: Prospecting: Make cold calls to identify new sales opportunities. Lead Qualification: Evaluate the suitability of prospects for the company's services, ensuring a good fit. Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, meeting sales goals. Follow-up: Send follow-up emails, manage inquiries, and ensure timely responses. CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up. Service Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations highlighting customized solutions. Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients. Full Sales Cycle Support: Support from prospecting to conversion, ensuring a positive customer experience. Stay Current: Keep updated on company products/services to provide relevant information. Requirements: At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in BPO or related industries. Languages: Advanced English (C1 level, spoken and written). Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to perform market research and analysis. Proactivity and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
