About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own and streamline our client onboarding process. This person will play a critical role in helping our clients go live faster, smoother, and smarter. Responsibilities Own the onboarding lifecycle post-contract: from Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) to payout configurations Coordinate across sales, compliance, and product to ensure each client is set up correctly Track onboarding stages and unblock delays by proactively identifying missing data, incomplete forms, or partner reviews Manage documentation and approvals with our network partners and FBOs Maintain clean data in HubSpot and build dashboards that provide visibility into onboarding velocity and revenue activation Ensure smooth client transitions from Sales to Customer Success Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, onboarding, or client implementation (preferably in fintech or payments) Required Skills Understanding of KYC/KYB, EDD, payment flows, FX, and payout rails Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure — capable of managing 15+ onboarding clients with different needs Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Excel, Confluence, or Jira Strong communication skills to keep internal teams and external clients aligned Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pockyt by 2x.
