Were looking for a proactive and creative Sourcing Executive to lead our talent attraction efforts and take our Employee Referral Programs to the next level. This person will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle of candidates referred through both internal and external programs, while also designing and executing innovative strategies to boost participation, engagement, and referral success. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sourcing process for all candidates applying through the Internal and External Referral Programs. Propose and manage creative activities to ensure the continuous growth of both referral programs. Lead the conceptualization and execution of referral campaigns, events, and initiatives to increase participation and referral rates. Manage the administrative and operational aspects of the Employee Referral Program (tracking, reporting, communication). Help build strategic partnerships with universities, English academies, and headhunting firms to create strong and sustainable talent pipelines. Collaborate with the Marketing team on branding initiatives, including career fairs, expos, and employer branding campaigns. Monitor performance metrics related to sourcing and referrals to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, marketing, or talent acquisition-related roles. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong communication and public relations skills. Intermediate English level (Desirable). Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Creativity, innovation, and a proactive mindset are essential were looking for someone who brings ideas to the table and makes them happen!
