What You’ll Do: Lead and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and overall positive work climate . Plan and run programs focused on well-being, internal communication, team-building, and recognition . Manage parts of the recruitment and onboarding process with a strong focus on employee experience. Administer benefits programs and assist with policy updates, vendor coordination, and employee support. Monitor and help improve workplace satisfaction through surveys, feedback loops, and data tracking. Keep employee records organized and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on culture, employee relations, or benefits. Proven ability to design and run employee engagement or wellness programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're approachable, empathetic, and a great listener. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
