Job Description - Carry out the drafting of policies and procedures in the organization, writing new policies and procedures, and adapting old policies and procedures when the need arises, after having received authorization from the Human Resources Manager, and reporting needs regarding changes in Politics and procedures. - Monitor relevant legislation and ensure that PTNW's Human Resources practices comply with the requirements. - Keep up-to-date and be aware of labor legislation and procedures regarding all Human Resources practices, by attending and participating in training and by subscribing to and reading appropriate publications. - Advise the department on the latest Human Management legislation. - Maintain principal human management records, information, and relevant databases and assist with the preparation of human management metric data reports as required to ensure the accuracy and availability of information when required. - Create guidelines, work instructions, and related human management systems and documentation with the goal of maintaining compliance and achieving industry best practices wherever possible. - Ensure that confidentiality regarding all human management processes and information is maintained at all times. - Be responsible for policies and procedures related to human management and their adherence. - Search and select qualified candidates globally to close available positions in a timely manner using various recruitment sources. - Post job openings for new positions and replacements on various job boards and social media platforms, and ensure job profiles are uploaded correctly to ATS and the company website. - Interview and evaluate internal and external applicants based on the assigned position profile and the requirements of the position. - Complete reference checks for selected candidates. - Complete the onboarding and induction process and update systems and maintain complete records in a timely manner. - Handle cases of reinstated and rehired employees. - Ensure the full due process of investigation at the time of hiring the new owner. - Process all new start documents and the onboarding and induction package according to the human management policy and guidelines. - Provide advice on benefits offered by the Company and ensure that benefits are linked in the company's payroll system and any other legislative systems/portals. - Ensure that the letter of resignation or a letter of dismissal is received when appropriate. - Conduct exit interviews when there is a resignation. - Complete benefit withdrawals (pension fund, labor certification, etc.) and process the withdrawal of the EPS, ARL and others that may take place. - Submit a monthly payroll report. - Conduct regional analysis of salary income to ensure it is correct. - Ensure that the approval of the payroll arrives according to the established deadlines. - Process payment slips. - Supervise the distribution of payment slips.
