Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned data-driven professional to drive growth in the Latin America region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing user retention and order frequency strategies at a country and city level. They will be responsible for translating user experience and growth perspectives into initiatives across teams that touch product operations, marketing, and communications. Key responsibilities include conducting analysis to define optimal ways of improving operations and processes, performing competition analysis and benchmarking, and managing execution against key milestones and targets.
