This role involves recruiting and onboarding new franchise partners, combining sales strategies with CRM expertise to identify leads, nurture relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, entrepreneurship, and developing a thriving franchise community, utilizing CRM systems to optimize sales and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract high-potential franchise candidates through outreach, CRM campaigns, referrals, and industry events. Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring follow-up and relationship management. Segment and qualify leads based on financial readiness, business background, and alignment with company values. Market Research & Expansion Strategy: Conduct market research to identify strategic locations and opportunities. Analyze demographic, economic, and competitor data for informed decision-making. Generate reports from CRM data to refine sales strategies. Assess potential franchisees through interviews, financial reviews, and background checks. Guide candidates through application, due diligence, and approval processes. Support drafting and signing franchise agreements and onboarding documentation. Maintain communication logs and track progress within CRM systems. Franchisee Support & Brand Alignment: Serve as the main contact for new franchisees during onboarding, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand standards. Coordinate with legal, operations, training, and marketing teams for smooth transitions. Ensure franchisees receive necessary training, materials, and tools. Collaborate with marketing to develop sales content and CRM campaigns. Represent Qargo Coffee at expos, conferences, and networking events. Monitor CRM analytics to evaluate campaign success and improve lead generation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or similar roles. Proven success in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals. Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce). Knowledge of franchise legal frameworks, financial evaluations, and contracts. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2). Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
