About the Role: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide part-time support (10 hours/week) to a growing HR consulting firm. This role is ideal for a professional with experience supporting U.S.-based businesses and a strong background in HR administration, employee handbook creation, and recruitment coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Revise and format employee handbooks to ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws - Draft and update HR documents such as job descriptions, onboarding forms, and policy templates - Assist with recruitment tasks: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews - Maintain organized digital files and update project trackers - Conduct research on HR compliance topics (federal and state) - Follow up with clients to support project deadlines - Take on additional HR-related tasks as needed Qualifications: - Fluent in English (verbal and written) - Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally with U.S.-based companies - Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills - Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), PowerPoint, and Excel - Highly organized, proactive, and reliable Schedule: - Part-time: 10 hours per week - Flexible hours (must be able to meet deadlines and communicate with U.S.-based clients) Job Type: Part-time Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
