Planning and facilitation of risk reviews, follow-up treatment plans, and other assurance activities such as risk analysis. Lead and educate others by providing assurance support to ensure successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:Facilitate virtual and face-to-face risk workshops with projects and operations to identify, assess, and develop plans for key risks and opportunities with various stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to operations regarding human performance and risk-based assurance activities.Assist with investigating events and conducting risk and lessons learned workshops.Act as a trusted business partner to the operations assurance group, delivering tasks independently with minimal supervision.Build positive working relationships within the assurance team, collaborating to enhance collective capabilities and knowledge assets.Generate reports that assist leaders in meeting governance obligations, informing business decisions, and improving performance with a focus on enterprise risk.Provide assurance insights and advice to support project setup, mobilization, and the execution of assurance plans throughout the project lifecycle, escalating risks as needed.Requirements:Relevant professional experience in main functions such as QHSE and/or Risk Management.Experience: 5-10 years.If you require accessibility adjustments, please mention it in your application.Moving forward togetherWe’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring their authentic selves, and are heard.
