**Position Title**: Investment Acquisitions Specialist **Industry**: Real Estate **Employment Type**: Virtual (Full-Time) **Salary**:Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses (Earning potential of $60,000+ per year) **About the Role** We’re seeking a highly driven Acquisition Specialist to be the frontline of our real estate operation. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, building rapport, uncovering their needs, overcoming objections, and negotiating property offers. You’ll also refer qualified leads to our partners and play a key role in driving company growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, love talking to people, are motivated by commission-based income, and are looking for long-term career growth—this is the opportunity for you. **Experience (preferred or required)**: - A successful and proven sales history is preferred - Self-motivation and drive required - Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Conduct **outbound cold calls** to new leads and prospects daily to generate interest and close deals - Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales - Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner and stay on task until deals are closed - Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales - Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved - Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties - Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies - Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have - Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved - Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position - Attend business meetings and trainings as required - Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned - Close contracts in a timely manner **Position Requirements and Skills**: - Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record) - Must be ambitious!
