Job Description Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a Business Analyst for the NICE System program. The Business Analyst is responsible for requirement gathering, creating project documentation deliverables, data analysis, application configuration, writing SQL, and conducting unit and system testing on various customer billable projects. Work closely with customer sales and service organizations to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirements. Ensure that complex customer business requirements are accurately captured, documented, communicated, and understood by developers, consultants, business, and technology management both internally at NICE and by customers. Lead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high-quality solutions, and support the customer and internal teams during all customer Acceptance Testing phases. Communicate and train others on NICE solutions—overall business value and process, as well as detailed features and functionality. Contribute to the team’s continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents, including deliverables checklist, business requirements, design diagram specifications, QA & UAT test plans, and lessons learned. Use best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases. Travel to customer sites to conduct work professionally and organized. Qualifications Project experience – working as part of a team Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel Excellent customer-facing skills Excellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and timelines Ability and willingness to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment Analytical ability – working with formulas, calculations, and data Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent) Experience implementing or using one of the following: Enterprise applications (e.g., Avaya, Siebel, Genesys, SAP) EAI tools (e.g., WebMethods, TIBCO) Reporting/business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos) or database applications Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
