Administrative Support Specialist This role involves providing administrative support to the Claims team, including managing the Claims portal, auditing claims, and approving payments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: 1. Portal Management: Ensure the Claims portal operates smoothly and efficiently. 2. Claim Auditing: Verify claims accuracy and compliance with Brand Guidelines. 3. Claim Approval: Review and approve claims for payment. 4. Soft Decline: Soft decline claims requiring additional information. 5. Decline Claims: Decline claims failing to meet Brand Guidelines requirements. 6. Payment Processing: Process approved claims for payment. 7. Support Media Finance: Assist Media Finance Accounting Clerks as needed. 8. Communication: Collaborate with Account Manager team members on claim-related matters. 9. Professional Development: Stay current with Ansira Technology features and functionality through education and training. Skills and Qualifications: 1. English Language: Fluency in English is necessary. 2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 3. Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a forensic mindset to ensure accurate claims processing. 5.
