Role Description: The Trainer will be responsible for conducting the training programs developed by the organization, in order to train all collaborators and enable their growth with useful and valuable knowledge. Additionally, the Trainer must assist operational departments on the proper allocation of resources to accomplish organizational and operational goals as well as support the department in development, execution, and update of the existing training programs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead training sessions for new hires and tenured staff • Lead corporate training initiatives, including coordinating external speakers, organizing logistics, and delivering sessions as assigned by the department’s managers. • Deliver programs aligned with established curriculum. • Actively engage trainees to ensure knowledge retention and maintain a productive classroom environment through authentic relationships • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance throughout the training process • To be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of trainee’s performance throughout the training process, anticipating potential problems or areas of improvement and setting a proper action plan to address them. • Ensure all trainees meet program requirements as outline on each program planning.
