Technical Support Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting complex issues for our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. To achieve this, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and have a solid understanding of back-end systems, particularly Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB. You will work closely with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support. In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and stakeholders on a regular basis. We are looking for a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about problem-solving and has a can-do approach. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues - Develop and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB - Collaborate with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues - Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) - 2+ years experience in back-end software development - Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB - Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering Nice to Have: - Experience with Kafka, Groovy, and container environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.) - Knowledge of performance tuning techniques - Understanding of financial sector derivatives About Us We are a global company providing secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the world.
