CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Summary: As an Aircraft Mechanic II, you are responsible for maintenance of C-12aircraft including servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, andinspecting aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Responsibilities: -Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, includingrepairs, modifies aircraft structures, structural components, andengines of complex to extreme difficulty. - Accomplishesinspections including, but not limited to preflight, thru-flight,basic post-flight, operational, and phase inspections. -Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform necessary correctiveactions. - Operates and maintains ground support equipment andperforms all tasks associated with ground movement of aircraft. -Follows all safety procedures and practices established by the Company and regulatory bodies. - Washes, waxes, cleans, andmaintains the exterior and interior of aircraft. - Serves as apoint of contact with the Quality Assurance Representative andgreets visitors. - Advises management of problems that may delayscheduled delivery of aircraft to customers. - Annotatesmaintenance actions in aircraft records/forms and completesassociated Management Information System entries in a timely andaccurate manner. - Performs other duties related to theoccupational field as assigned to include TDY and travel. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years aircraft maintenanceexperience; including 1 year maintaining King Air/1900 Airlinerseries aircraft. - FAA A&P; certificate. - Ability to obtain andmaintain a secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship isrequired to obtain the clearance. - Ability to work the day shift,swing shift, night shift, and/or weekend shift as required. -Ability to obtain clearance to assigned location including medicalclearance and visa. - The ability to read, interpret, andcomprehend schematic diagrams, drawings, charts, and technicalpublications is required. - Sitting, standing, kneeling, crawling,and occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds isrequired. - Must be able to obtain a flight line driver’s license. - Ability to read, write, and speak clearly and concisely in English.
