The Navitaire Coordinator will play a key role in the operation and evolution of our reservation system. This position ensures system stability through accurate configuration execution, monitoring of critical modules, integration validation, and the application of commercial and operational parameters. You will also participate in the implementation of new products and features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Your Deliverables Will Be: - Execute operational configurations in the reservation system (fares, taxes, ancillaries, sales flows). - Monitor the stability of key system modules (sales, check-in, pricing, itineraries) and escalate issues as needed. - Validate and perform UAT testing for new features or system versions. - Support the technical and functional integration of new commercial products or systemic changes. - Manage users and roles within the reservation system following internal control guidelines. - Provide operational follow-up on incidents or improvements in coordination with vendors (Navitaire, SITA, OTAs, GDS) and internal teams. Our Ideal Candidate: - Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced English proficiency. - Experience working with Newskies. - Knowledge of APIs. - Proficient in SQL.
