Strategic Partner Manager - Telco Business Team - Develop Strategic Partnerships: Create and execute plans with leading telecommunications companies in Latin America to drive growth, innovation, and revenue. - Build Relationships: Establish trustful connections with C-Level executives at partner companies. - Negotiate Complex Deals: Close agreements that enhance Meta's product offerings, generate new revenue streams, and distribute the Meta Family of Apps and devices. - Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and risks. - Provide Insights: Regularly report and analyze partnership performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Requirements: - Experience: 8+ years in the telecommunications industry, focusing on business development, partnerships, or sales. - Track Record: Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and build trustful relationships with C-Level executives. - Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Latin American market, including regulatory environments, consumer behavior, and industry trends. - Communication Skills: Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English. - Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
